Impact Athletic Club works with primary schools to provide high-quality athletics competitions and engaging Laser Run experiences.
Our school programme gives pupils the opportunity to represent their school, experience friendly competition and develop confidence through new sporting challenges. Activities are delivered by qualified, DBS-checked coaches in a safe, supportive and well-organised environment.
School Competitions 2026/27
We host a programme of school competitions throughout the academic year. Our events are designed to be inclusive, enjoyable and competitive, with opportunities for pupils in Years 4, 5 and 6.
Year 5/6 QuadKids Competition
Thursday 24 September 2026
11:00am–2:45pm
Walton Xcel
A team athletics competition in which pupils take part in four events: a sprint, middle-distance run, jump and throw.

Bedfont Lakes
An exciting team relay competition held over a varied cross-country course. Teams include runners from Yrs 4, 5 and 6.

Laser Run Workshops for Schools
Bring the excitement of Laser Run to your school with an introductory workshop delivered by Impact Athletic Club.
Laser Run combines running with laser shooting, challenging pupils to remain calm and accurate before transitioning immediately into running. It is an exciting and accessible activity that develops concentration, coordination, resilience and fitness.
No previous experience is required.
Each workshop includes:
A one-hour session delivered at your school
Two qualified, DBS-checked Impact Athletic Club coaches
All laser pistols, targets and specialist equipment
A full safety briefing and introduction to laser shooting
Shooting practice and skill-based activities
Running and shooting challenges
A fun Laser Run competition
Sessions can be delivered on a playground, school field or in a suitable sports hall.
Workshops are designed for up to 24 pupils, although we can accommodate groups of up to 30.
Introductory price: £175 + VAT
Schools taking part will also have the opportunity to be invited to a FREE future Impact Athletic Club Laser Run Festival.
