Congratulations to the ten Impact AC runners who took part in the First Downs League Cross Country meeting on 8th October. They all ran brilliantly on a tough course. The next meeting is on 26th November. If you are interested in running, please let me know.

A rare sunny and warm evening saw eight of the group run from Cowey Sale to Sunbury Lock and back - a distance of approximately 5.4km in total, As you can see from the photos we did stop for ice lollies before running back. A great way to end a great year for the club.
