  1. Under 13s/15s Sportshall Competition

    Yesterday saw the first Surrey Sportshall Competition of the season with over 20 Impact Athletes in action.

    Our under 13s girls were overall winners and our under 13s boys were runners up.

    Well done to Zoe for being the highest scoring under 13s girl and to our four under 15s girls who all finished in the top 10 overall.

  5. Summer Camp 2024

    A brilliant two days! The first ever Impact Athletic Club Summer Camp and what a great time we all had! Great athletes who listened, worked hard and hopefully all tried something new and made new friendships.
    Over the two days we did sprinting, middle distance, long jump, triple jump, high jump, shot put, discus, howler and hurdles as well as relays, games and competitions!
     
    Well done everyone - proud to be Impact!

  7. Surrey Track and Field Championships

    What a fantastic weekend for the Impact AC athletes
     
    Congratulations to all our senior athletes who took part in the Surrey track and field championships. Huge PBs across the board and athletes taking part in such a wide range of events; 100m, 200m, 800m, 1500m, long jump, triple jump, high jump, discus and javelin.
     
    Well done those who made the finals of their events including:
    • Zoe - 5th in girls under 13s 100m final
    • Lucy - 7th in the girls under 15s long jump final
    • Martha - 5th in the girls under 13s long jump final
    • Florence and Tabitha - made the final of the under 15s triple jump finishing 5th and 6th
    • Milo - 1st in the Under 13s boys discus and Surrey Champion
     
    Some events didn’t have finals and athletes performed brilliantly.
     
    Finally well done to the many junior athletes who took part in the various parkruns in the local area. Impact AC is certainly leaving its mark and your hard work at training is paying off!
     
    Thank you to the coaches and parents for their support of the athletes this weekend.

  8. National Sportshall Athletics success

    On Saturday 6th April, four of our under 13s girls took part in the National Finals of Sportshall Athletics in Stoke representing Surrey. We are pleased to say Surrey we runners up in the competition and each of the girls came away with individual medals
    • Lucy - bronze in the 6 lap paarlauf
    • Zoe - silver in the vertical jump
    • Florence - gold in the speed bounce and bronze in the obstacle relay
    • Izzy - silver in the 4 lap

  10. Border League - Fixture 3

    Congratulations to the Impact Athletes who took part in the cross country competition at Merrist Wood. This was a new course for all the athletes and they were treated to mud - lots of it!

    For some of our athletes, it was their first experience of a cross country race and everyone is very proud of how they did.

    Particular well done to the following

    • Under 13s girls - Poppy 6th and Rose 9th. The girls were also overall team winners
    • Under 13s boys - Etienne 1st. The boys were team runners up
    • Under 15s boys - Luke 3rd
